Why 360 Main?

We created 360 Main Street because there are so many great local places that people simply don't know about. I wanted to create something that didn't just tell you about them, but actually let you step inside, look around and get a feel for the place before you go. It's really about helping people discover the gems in their own community—and sometimes giving them a reason to drive a few extra minutes to discover something new
  • To Give Local Businesses A Way To Stand Out In An Increasingly Crowded Digital World. Local businesses are competing for attention everywhere—on Google, social media and countless other websites. I wanted to give them something different: a way to showcase not just what they sell, but the experience, personality and people behind the business.
  • To Help People Discover Places They Might Otherwise Miss. There are great restaurants, shops, entertainment venues, galleries, services, and other local gems that people drive past every day without knowing what’s inside.
  • To Create An Ever-Growing Resource Rather Than A Disposable Publication. Instead of publishing an issue that quickly becomes old, the goal is to continually add new businesses, places, stories, and experiences. Our future expansion will include, reels, newsletters and text alerts.
  • To Go Beyond Our Own Magazine. . The content created for 360 Main Street isn't meant to live in only one place. Pieces of it can be shared through social media, business websites, search, Google Business Profiles, print materials, and other channels.
  • We Saw An Opportunity To Combine Storytelling With Immersive Technology. We've worked with websites and virtual experiences for years, and 360 Main Street brings those worlds together in a format designed specifically around local discovery.
  • To Encourage People To Explore Beyond Their Usual Routine. A worthwhile place might be five, ten, or twenty minutes outside someone's normal area. 360 Main Street gives them a reason to make that extra drive.
